Appliance Repair Technician
We are seeking a motivated Appliance Repair Technician to join our team. Ideal candidates will have experience in appliance maintenance and repair, electrical wiring and troubleshooting, HVAC, or another mechanical or technical field. If you’re tired of having to service 20 different brands and looking for an opportunity to become a proficient technician repairing high-end appliances in beautiful homes, then Clarke Customer Care is for you.
If you do not yet have direct experience, we are willing to train the right individual who has a positive attitude, mechanical aptitude, and the drive to grow as part of a great team.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair high-end residential appliances, including Sub-Zero, Wolf, Cove, Scotsman, and Best brands
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding diagnoses, repairs, and recommendations
- Research and order parts using company software systems
- Remove and reinstall appliances as needed for repair or replacement
- Maintain truck stock inventory in accordance with company guidelines and standards
Qualifications
- Experience repairing appliances, electronics, or other mechanical equipment preferred
- Background in maintenance and repair
- Ability to read and understand technical or diagnostic materials
- Basic computer proficiency

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs., push up to 100 lbs., and pull up to 50 lbs.
